Hi Gorgeous soul

I'm Kirsty and it's my mission to create ease in body, mind and soul for anyone willing to choose it. 

Resistance to what was/is creates Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stress in our lives. 

What you have resistance to shows you where you're stuck in the past which creating suffering in the present, that doesn't mean what happened was right just that it happen. 

Through my training and personal evolution I have developed many skills and tools to help you create more ease in your life. I have studied Kinesiology which allows me to speak to our body's language giving me the information needed to get to the root cause of any issue. I also use Reiki, Crystal healing, Conscious counselling, Access Bars and Access body processes and Astrology to bring ease and balance to your body and soul and understanding to your conscious mind allowing you to know what you know and choose what is in alignment with your desired future.
